- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered after purchase.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
